2. About Quotivation
Quotivation is a motivational quotes app that offers inspirational quotes, topic browsing, favorites, reminders, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, custom themes, streaks, and an optional premium subscription for deeper personalization.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the device and account you use to access the App.
4. Subscriptions and Premium Access
Quotivation offers an optional premium subscription. Premium features may include additional themes, widget styles, expanded reminder options, broader topic access, and deeper personalization. Available features may change over time as we improve the App.
5. Free Trials, Renewals, and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Where offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play settings before the renewal date.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the app store or payment platform where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play), subject to their refund policies. Please contact the relevant store directly for refund inquiries.
7. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore previous purchases from within the App, provided you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.
8. User Content
The App may allow you to create or save custom quotes, favorites, and other personal content. You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, branding, and curated quote collections, is owned by the Quotivation team or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
10. No Professional Advice
Quotivation provides motivational quotes and inspirational content for personal use. The content is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. If you are in distress or need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, interfering with its operation, accessing it through unauthorized means, or using it to harass, harm, or infringe the rights of others.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Quotivation team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
